Delivery across Pakistan
We deliver to all major cities and most towns in Pakistan through our courier partner Trax.
- Delivery charge: PKR 200 per order, shown at checkout.
- Processing time: orders are confirmed by phone and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery time: usually 3 to 6 working days after dispatch, depending on your city.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready for the rider.
Order confirmation
After you place an order, we confirm it by phone. On an automated call, press 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel. Orders that cannot be confirmed after several attempts may be cancelled.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can also check status on our Track Order page.
Refused deliveries
Please only confirm orders you intend to receive. Refusing a confirmed COD parcel causes return charges for us, and we may require advance payment on future orders.
