Yes, COD is available across Pakistan. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Yes. You can open and check your parcel in front of the rider before you pay.
What is the delivery charge?
PKR 200 per order, shown at checkout.
Which courier do you use?
Trax, with delivery to all major cities and most towns.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation and usually arrive 3 to 6 working days later.
Why did I get a call after ordering?
We confirm orders by phone before dispatch. On an automated call, press 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel. We only dispatch confirmed orders.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number we send after dispatch, or visit our Track Order page.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Damaged, defective or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; unused items can be returned within 14 days. See Returns & Refunds.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before dispatch. Press 2 on the confirmation call or contact us with your order number.
